Large panels of many shapes and sizes have been our specialty for 25 years. At AIP, the panel design goes beyond the basic shape, size, and performance requirements to include the textured surface and color. AIP also specializes in blow molding of large hollow parts…..especially tanks.  With the addition of our Co-Ex machine in 2005, we will have the ability to produce complex 6-layer gas tanks.  The 6-layer design will replace the traditional monolayer gas tanks used in ATV's, wave runners, and other off-road vehicles.  The recent EPA ruling driving these changes takes effect for model year 2008 .  For more information on these EPA regulations and AIP's Co-Ex machine, go to our News page.
