Engineering Services

From art to part, we offer extensive design and engineering support to help customers optimize part design for manufacturability, ideal dimensioning and weight for end-use functionality. Our Engineering Team starts with the President of the Company, and includes an Engineering Manager with extensive materials background, a Design Engineer that knows what it takes to make a customer’s concept a blow molded reality, a Project Engineer dedicated full time to project management, and a Project/Quality Engineer assigned to new project management. Our goal is to provide customers with the support they need to achieve the desired end result based on their specification for performance and durability.

ENGINEERING SERVICES INCLUDE:

Product development and design support for blow molding
Mold / Fixture design engineering support
Material Selection support
Project engineering support
Analysis and testing Research and development
Industry-recognized expertise in process engineering

Designing your part for blow molding can potentially offer advantages over other processes and materials. Conversion of Rotational Molded parts to the Blow Molding process can improve manufacturing cycle times and reduce part cost when part volumes increase

Converting products made of metal, wood or other materials to a blow molded plastic design can potentially provide greater design freedom, reduced cycle times, part consolidation, lighter part weight and lower manufacturing cost.

In-mold labeling can be a solution when products require permanent labels or regulatory information applied to the exterior of an assembly.
