Production Capacity

Agri-Industrial Plastics Company offers their customers peace of mind in terms of production backup. Parts are not limited to running on 1 or 2 machines. Our machines are categorized in terms of shot size:
(5) 5 to 10 - pound machines
(7) 10 to 20 - pound machines
(6) 35 to 50 - pound machines
(2) 70 to 100 - pound machines for very large parts
(2) Continuous Multi-Layer Co-extrusion Machines

This redundancy means that in the rare occurrence of a machine being down, we can move production to an alternate machine and still meet our customer’s delivery requirements. Our internal maintenance staff adheres to a strict preventative maintenance schedule that ensures our machines operate 24 hours a day. Because we invest in only the best blow molding equipment available, the tools themselves show less wear and tear through years of repeatable production. All of the tooling in our possession is well maintained; some of them have been in production for 30 years.
